Remember that post I wrote about Fit Bar fall items launching soon? Well the time has come and they are now available at all of our cafes whoop whoop! I mentioned our pumpkin smoothies and bowls briefly but let me dive a little deeper into them so you know just what you are missing if you haven’t tried them yet.
For starters we have our classic Pumpkin Spice Smoothie which includes pumpkin, pumpkin spice, almond butter, vanilla protein, monk fruit maple syrup, and almond milk. This smoothie is perfect for when you want something rich and sweet but healthy and full of clean ingredients. I personally think it tastes like cake batter with a Fall twist and who doesn’t want that?? Our second smoothie is the Fall Spice which is our twist on our original PB Classic smoothie with added goji berries and cinnamon. This one is more mild and not pumpkin heavy for those who love Fall but could do without the pumpkin. Our third smoothie is an oldie but a goodie meaning Fit Bar offered it when we first opened and now it’s back! The Twisted Chai smoothie is my personal favorite because you have caffeine along with a variety of spices, this smoothie includes banana, cinnamon, unsweetened chai, vanilla protein, two shots of espresso and coconut milk. You may have heard of a dirty chai maybe from your local coffee shop but we decided to make it into a smoothie. It’s packed with protein to keep you full plus a dose of energy to get you through the day. YUM!
For our fall inspired smoothie bowl we combined pumpkin, banana, mango, monk fruit maple, goji berries, and almond milk for the base and topped it with fresh banana, lots of dried superfoods like mulberries, goji berries, flax, chia, and bee pollen. I know the thought of mango combined with pumpkin might sound a little funky but trust me, it adds SO much flavor and texture you will love it. Lastly we have a zero sugar, zero dairy Pumpkin Spice Latte that blows Starbucks right out of the water. I personally don’t even want to know how many grams of added sugar are in a Starbucks PSL but if you’re curious you can google it but I’m warning you it’s going to be shocking. We created a tasty and warm drink but without the unnecessary ingredients. Our PSL includes a double shot of espresso, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla monk fruit syrup, and nutmeg combined with your choice of non-dairy milk. We can make it hot or iced, sweet or less sweet, and any other requests you can think of.
