If you’re like me and work early mornings, you know that waking up at the crack of dawn never gets easier. I’ve found that creating a morning routine helps to motivate and set me up for a successful and productive day. My morning routine consists of things that I go to bed looking forward to like reading a self help book, stretching, and most importantly a quality cup of coffee. Although black coffee is amazing and has benefits on it’s own, I’ve found that adding Lion’s Mane Elixir gives me that extra boost I need in the morning. I’ve been including this into my everyday routine for about a year now and not only has it kept my immune system strong, it’s mane (see what I did there) benefit of supporting memory and focus has kept me on track with being productive and focused which is crucial in the morning while at work. 8-12oz organic coffee
A dash of non-dairy milk/creamer (recommend oat for creaminess)

*Pro tip: Add this all too a blender for a little extra froth and creaminess!
